Deposits

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. k777 bd will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applied, will not reduce an account balance below zero.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. Players must meet the full wagering requirement within the stated time limit. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the time limit will be removed from the account automatically.

Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet towards the wagering requirement. Bonus Abuse

Maximum Bonus Withdrawal

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. The applicable cap for each promotion is published on the promotion page. Real-money winnings generated from your own deposited funds are not subject to a withdrawal cap.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k777 bd platform. Violation of any of the following rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable.

• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to use the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one player account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• False information: Providing inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.

Voluntary Account Closure

Upon receiving a closure request, k777 bd will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to the player's registered payment method before closing the account. Suspension for Investigation

Where k777 bd has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these terms or fraudulent activity, the account may be suspended pending investigation. During a suspension, the player's funds remain in the account but are not accessible. k777 bd will notify the player by email of the suspension and the reason (to the extent permitted by law) within 72 hours. Investigations are conducted as promptly as possible.

Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, k777 bd reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance as compensation for losses, costs, or damages arising from the breach. The specific amount withheld will be proportionate to the nature and severity of the breach. Players have the right to appeal any such decision by writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the closure notification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k777 bd's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

k777 bd shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or k777 bd was advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of business or contracts
• Loss of data or information
• Indirect, special, or consequential losses of any kind
• Service interruptions caused by third-party providers (including payment processors, internet service providers, or game studio APIs)
• Technical failures beyond k777 bd's reasonable control, including server downtime, network outages, or cyber attacks
• Errors in live odds or game outcomes caused by data feed failures from third-party providers

Force Majeure

k777 bd shall not be in breach of these terms or liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, governmental action, power failures, or internet infrastructure failures affecting Bangladesh or the wider region.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the k777 bd platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to k777 bd's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. k777 bd will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt.
